SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, minor delays may occur. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or SMS.

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, estimated delivery times are:
Domestic Shipping (Within India): 5–7 business days
International Shipping: 10–15 business days (subject to destination country logistics and customs clearance)

7. Damaged Shipments & Claims
If you receive a damaged product:
Contact us immediately upon delivery.
Provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged package and product.
Retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
